These all welded Low Voltage switchboards will distribute power for a well-known engineering brand within the aerospace sector. The enclosures are bespoke, designed by our engineer Lukasz to meet the exact specifications of the client.

Specification:
- Constructed to BSEN 61439-2 standard with Form 4 Type 5 separation.
- RAL7035 paint finish.
- Design verified busbars rated at 2500A 50kA for 1 second.
- Fully welded construction in 2mm mild steel.
- Fault rated earth bar mounted on top of the panel.
The A & T difference: These A&T enclosures started with our expert design engineer Lukasz, who created a precision CAD drawing for the client for approval prior to manufacture. The enclosure then goes through a number of stages from punching and press braking to deburring, welding, a modern pre-treatment process, powder coating, testing and finishing by hand.
